Data we collect

When you fill in the brief or contact form, we collect: name, professional email, company, phone (optional), the contents of your request. This data is stored in our internal CRM (Notion) and processed by a workflow automation tool (Make.com).

Purpose

Your data is used solely to answer your request, send you a quote and follow up on the project. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Brief data: kept for 24 months from the last interaction. Invoicing data: kept for 10 years (legal obligation). Anonymized analytics data: 13 months.

GDPR rights

You can ask to access, rectify, port or delete your personal data at any time by writing to contact@nyo-lab.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

Third parties

Tools used: Cloudflare (hosting), Crisp (chat), Notion (CRM), Make.com (automation), Anthropic / OpenAI (AI assistance for production). All providers are GDPR-compliant.

Cookies

We do not use marketing or tracking cookies. The Crisp chat sets a technical cookie required for its functioning.
